Message More info on the exhaust? The SZ axle-back is 3"? Is the H-pipe 3"? Are the Z1 testpipes 3"?

Another part of the problem is you're dealing with three different manufacturers for the exhaust components. You have stock OEM pre-cats/cats, Z1 testpipes (that don't fit and are in your closet), Z1 H-pipe, and SZ axle-back. All of those components are going to fit slightly differently.

Has the car ever been in an accident? If the chassis isn't straight, that will cause fitment problems as well.

If you could get pictures of the exhaust underneath the car, that would help. Make sure to put a straight edge on all the flanges. This will ensure the flange is perfectly flat before you start install.

I would advise against trying to bolt the whole thing together, then install it on the car. Zvil is correct, you should loosely mount the exhaust, starting from the downpipes and working toward the rear of the car. I would hard-mount the dowpipes to the turbine first, because they're difficult to access, then loose-mount everything else.

Finally, the best scenario is to have full 3" (ideally from the same manufacturer) for the whole exhaust. If you have 3" axle back - but 2.5" H-pipe, or 2.5" cats/testpipe, or 2.5" downpipe - it isn't going to work properly. The exception is 3" testpipes that reduce to 2.5" at the catback (La-Z-Link).
